This division manages all Circuit Civil cases, which includes
the appeals from the District Civil and Small Claims Divisions. We are now
posting all pleadings to our On-line Case Action Summary page. Access to this
page is a pre-paid service that can be obtained through the Administrative
Office of Courts at www.alacourt.gov.
we also have information in regards to Pre-Filing fee
costs and related information available on-line to help you with the
