This division is primarily responsible for the handling of
felony cases along with appeals from District Court and local municipalities.
Some of this division's responsibilities include the preparation of criminal
trial dockets, issuing of trial court subpoenas, and the processing of grand
jury indictments. This division works very closely with all the Circuit
Judge's, court offices, the District Attorney's Office, law enforcement
agencies, and other related state agencies. In many instances, if you have an
attorney, he or she can answer most of the questions you might have. In any
